After several hundreds of shows, an east coast tour including seven sold out shows at the infamous CBGBs in New York and a developement deal with Nuclear Blast Records, Transgression took a long deserved break in 2000. In 2006, Transgression took up right where they left off and started writing what is to become their third album, "Communion Of Blood". This album is full of aggressive riffs and angry vocals reminisent of the hay days of thrash. More in the evil thrash vein of Slayer and not so much the Exodus style.
