Singer/songwriter Rachel Brown is thrilled about her debut EP! Her passion for music, as well as muscial theater, has been clear her whole life. She has written many songs, but chose these four tracks as her favorite for her first CD. "Realistic Fantasy" is about something we all have experienced: the longing for someone who is unavailable, so you create a realistic fantasy in your head where you can be together. "Someday" is a reflection on a past relationship as you realize even though you were hurt, you needed it to learn. "Fast Forward" is a standard teenage pop-anthem, filled with sarcasm, naming names, and venting angst. "Disarmed" is Rachel's personal favorite, about a period of time where you may be distant from someone because of past differences, and you decide to finally give up the fight and be, well, disarmed. All in all, Consciously Dreaming is all about learning experiences and triumphs. So please, buy the music and enjoy!
