The music on this album reflects the uncommon mix of repertory central to the mission of the Lyceum Philharmonic. Masterworks like Mahler's "Titan" Symphony and Bernstein's "Candide Overture" find themselves next to original music composed specifically to deepen faith in Jesus Christ and develop a lasting love of God and Country. This combination of sacred, patriotic, and classical music has had a significant impact on the high-school aged musicians of the Philharmonic.
