Songwriter, producer, performer - J. Rich is the one-man machine who does it all. With little regard for the barriers of genre, J. Rich puts forward an authentic sound, drawing from an unexpected combination of musical influences. With contagious grooves, memorable melodies, and relatable lyrics, he strives to create music that is timeless - that feels both new and familiar, electronic and acoustic, futuristic and retro; music that is made to endure the test of time. J. Rich is the alter-ego of Jared Richardson, composer of orchestral works, film scores, and other genres of instrumental music. Originating from Victoria, Canada, he is a graduate of Berklee College of Music '16, major in Electronic Production & Design, and is currently based in Los Angeles, California.
