Featuring a smooth, hot 16 from WNY native now Cali resident M.C. ROYAL! The young, promising singer was struggling to get the attention of professional producers in the heart of Osaka. Especially, doing the genre of R&B in Japan! In 2004-2007 she formed a band called, "Funkastic" to express the style of R&B she loved and to honor her influences such as Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, SWV, Amel Larrieux, Stevie Wonder and relative newcomer the sensational, Tori Kelly. When they separated,she became a member of "Kagura" which was a unique combination of DJ, percussion, singer and MC between 2010-2011. Going to America opened her musical palette more with when she got a chance to sing with the legendary Stevie Wonder`s Band at a private party in Las Vegas! This chance of a lifetime happening, made her more determined to find a way to succeed back home. In 2015, while celebrating a friend`s birthday party, another alignment-of-the stars chance meeting, with veteran singer/producer/songwriter PJ3, opened the door for her to embark on her journey further by impressing him with her vocal ability. They soon musically, "hit it off" and shared poetry and stories that became the spark of inspiration needed to hit the studio and give R&B a facelift in Japan, Asia and the world!
