Carleen possesses an affective voice full of deep emotion and talent, but wastes most of her physical talent on material that has little cohesive direction. Carleen's time may come again, but certainly not with this effort. "Woman in Me," though reminds the listener of what potential she is quite capable of delivering. Elsewhere, the songs sound rather incomplete and confusing.
