A collection of traditional Irish tunes arranged by myself (*) together with original tunes bringing in the influences of the Irish, Scottish and English canons. In arranging the traditional tunes I often strayed from the original chords and substituted chord types that would give the tunes a new twist and a more contemporary sound. This approach was influenced by the great arrangements by Donal Lunny on albums with The Moving Hearts and Coolfin.
