The album was inspired by Rachel's love for her now deceased grandmother Ruthie whom she very much resembles. Karen, songwriter, is mother of Rachel and daughter of Ruthie. Her great love for both inspired her to write this song and the musical Rachel and Ruthie, a one-song musical easily produced with one set, two characters and the memorable song, "You Look Familiar!"
