November 2012: Fresh from recording their stunning debut album deep in the cotton fields of the legendary Clarksdale Mississippi, The Pistol & The Queen set off on the six-date Lucky Shot Tour. Having driven through Texas they arrived at The Blue Moon Saloon in Lafayette, shook the dust off their boots & prepared for the second show. Shortly before taking to the stage, the heavens opened in appreciation & the Louisiana night rained down it's own unique brand of thunderous applause.
