Lakeshore is built on a one basic belief, that we were created to bring glory to the God. While the group has become known for “loud” music, lots of people on stage, and not wearing shoes…it really goes so much deeper than that. The goal of this group is NOT to become famous, NOT to feed its own ego, the goal is simple…Bring glory to God through music, through corporate worship, through living lives in worship to HIM! Lakeshore holds to the ideal of singing and writing songs TO God, rather than ABOUT God, again committed to bringing HIM glory above everything else. The songs that are written by Lakeshore are directly from scripture. Lakeshore stands on the fact that the Word of God should and will always be the source of its lyrics. Some of the worship groups that have influenced this team musically are Hillsong United, Jesus Culture, Rock Harbor Church, and Ascend the Hill.
