Nizzy has a great love and appreciation for Afro-centred music (for example; Afro-Bashment, Afro-Reggae and Afro-House). He is greatly inspired by Fela Kuti, ‘the Father of Afrobeats’ and his favourite artists are Asa and 2face, as he admires the distinctive style of their music. Although his music ultimately falls into the genre of Afrobeats, Nizzy also draws inspiration from RnB, Blues, Hip Hop and Dancehall music. It is the blending of these different genres that gives his music such a unique flavour and distinguishes his sound from other artists.
