The Redwoods is Wesley Berg. Berg is a trained visual artist and exhibits internationally. The Redwoods began as a side project in 2004. Over the past few years, Berg has begun to focus more and more on The Redwoods project, recently (Nov. 2010) recording a full length album in Alajärvi, Finland. The Jarvi album brought The Redwoods attention in Finland and Sweden. The Weather Is Better (5-song EP, Apr. 2011) is the latest release by The Redwoods.
