Mariusz Kryska returns to NastyFunk with the follow up to his succesful We Go On EP. His new offering, Doing This Tonight, continues in the same moody & emotive state that he left us with last time. The title track is lovely music, mixing the whimsical moment with the deeper afterthought in a blend of contrasting translation. whilst Pets Recordings and Nurvous artiste, Martin Augustin, takes the track in a much more energetic direction with his remix, much more clearer about it's intent and meticulous in the way that it incepts it's deep percussion into our minds for a great piece of tech house. Dirty Secret is more of trademark Mariusz, all about that kick drum with a rolling bassline grinding underneath it all, and complimented by some beautiful music in the breaks that's becoming something of a trademark. Things I Do, is more of the same but this time with a soulful house monologue that overlays a booming, stomping minimal rhythm.
