He took that forward into later years of touring with Kenny Chesney and Lee Greenwood. Dayton's performed with dozens of artists, including Vince Gill, Willie Nelson, Toby Keith, John Michael Montgomery, Mark Wills, Tracy Byrd, Sarah Darling, Buck Owens and Dizzy Gillespie.
