It is an honour for us to release the first single from Jaidene Veda's upcoming album, 'Wanderlust'. This track is a classic and is best described by the vocalist herself... "From P60 approached me with this song at least a couple of years ago and my first impression was 'St.Germain meets Herbert' I loved how clean and distinct the sounds were; a lot of soul, but a lot of strange and sharp sound designs, juxtaposed with undulating tones. I loved it! Lyrically speaking, I just wanted to go somewhere dreamy, a bit of a narrative about a 'dream like love'. House music always takes me 'somewhere else', like a soundtrack really. I always just write what the music makes me feel. Once I had the opportunity to work on a shorter edit for the album, I was just so grateful for the exact sound that From P60 created, so I only decided to rearrange it slightly with subtle sound designs (as per the promo-video from the Bronx, captured in the pouring rain) and a serious Jazz section. I am thrilled that this is the first official single from my brand new album 'Wanderlust' (being released in 2015)."
