Delphi started writing music at age 13 and began recording and releasing her music independently early 2015. My World is one of 60+ brilliant original songs written by California native & San Francisco Bay Area emerging young teen-music-artist, Delphi Freeman! Over the course of two-and-a-half years (2013-2016), Delphi has tirelessly written, composed, and recorded her treasury of original songs. Currently a seasoned “official” weekly Ghirardelli Square performer, she began performing on the musically historic city streets of picturesque “City-by-the-Bay”; Fisherman’s Wharf and Union Square, San Francisco. A sixteen-second video of My World was posted on her Instagram site about 6 months ago, which got the attention of a Lithuanian Music producer/A&R, YZIGO (Vytas Karpauskas). Struck by the clip of My World with just guitar and vocals, he was compelled to approach Delphi about his idea of a collaboration on a full production. After 6 months of working together online, exchanging ideas, music tracks, long discussions of developing Delphi's sound, My World was carefully crafted and brought to life, then mix and mastered by Sean Stack at Fat Cat Recording Studio, in Sacramento, CA! * Background vocals were recorded by Delphi Freeman, Luke Lyford (Delphi's Brother) and a popular and talented vocalist from Lithuania, Evelina Beivydaite. She is a colleague of YZiGO at Vilnius University, Vilnius Lithuania. YZIGO will come to the USA this year (Summer/Fall 2016) for 6 months on a summer work program, as well as continue working on music as A&R, Artist Development, Business, and Producer.
