by John BushThe duo of Jason Phats and Russell Small were responsible for two of clubland's biggest singles in 1999, "Turn Around" and "Feel Good." Their debut album, despite the cheeky title, presents only variations on a form of the filtered disco-cheese present on the singles. As infectious as they are on the radio or dancefloor, Phats & Small's productions just don't work very well for home listening, especially when the same ideas are repeated throughout an album. Still, this may be the best place to get both singles.
