This album is a collection of Inspirational Wedding Songs for candle lighting, communion, reflection and remembrance. Most songs feature a vocalist accompanied by piano and strings. You will recognize some of the titles. Some of the songs are performed by strings only such as the Intermezzo by Mascagni. Others feature a beautiful oboe solo accompanied by strings. We wanted to do an album that can be duplicated with live musicians at a wedding. Although the music on this CD is intended to be played during a wedding we also hope you may simply enjoy listening to it. Many of the songs are uplifting and hopefully will touch the inner ear of the listener in a positive way.
