Moten took a three year break before coming back with her second full-length album, Time For Change, in 1995. None of its singles charted at all in the United States or the United Kingdom. However, the album proved wildly successful in Japan, where she scored two smash hits; "Change Of Heart", which peaked at number 1, and "Your Love Is All I Know", which garnered a number 2 placing.
