Sarah Silverman
Sarah Kate Silverman is an American comedian, actress, and writer. She gained fame as a writer and cast member on Saturday Night Live in 1993-1994. She starred in and produced The Sarah Silverman Program on Comedy Central from 2007 to 2010, earning an Emmy nomination. Silverman has also appeared in TV shows like Mr. Show and V.I.P., and films such as School of Rock, Take This Waltz, A Million Ways to Die in the West, and Battle of the Sexes. She voiced a character in Wreck-It Ralph and its sequel, and was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for her role in I Smile Back. Her comedy often tackles controversial topics like racism, sexism, and politics. During the 2016 U.S. presidential election, she was politically active, supporting Bernie Sanders and later Hillary Clinton. She hosted the Hulu talk show I Love You, America from 2017 to 2018.
